I devote a substantial portion of my practice to obtaining government records under Washington’s Public Records Act (PRA). I believe that, regardless of partisan politics, open and accountable government is better government. Since 2008 I have served as a board member of the Washington Coalition for Open Government (WCOG), a non-partisan organization that promotes and defends transparent government in Washington.
